Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade to Professional or Clinic plans with a single click.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact support@onalyst.org.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Recording & Transcription

What audio quality is recommended?

For best results, use a quiet environment and speak clearly. The app works well with built-in microphones, but external mics improve accuracy.

How long can recordings be?

There is no time limit on recordings. However, we recommend keeping encounters under 2 hours for optimal processing speed.

Does it work with accents?

Yes, our AI is trained on diverse speech patterns and handles various accents well. Accuracy improves over time with use.

AI & Documentation

How accurate are the generated notes?

Our AI achieves over 95% accuracy for medical terminology. All notes should be reviewed before finalizing.

Can I customize note templates?

Yes, Professional and Clinic plans allow creating custom templates tailored to your specialty and preferences.

Are ICD-10 codes always correct?

ICD-10 suggestions should be verified by the clinician. They are based on encounter content but require clinical judgment.

Security & Privacy

Is my data encrypted?

Yes, all data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in AWS Canada (ca-central-1). Your patient data never leaves Canadian borders.

Do you sign BAAs?

Yes, we provide Business Associate Agreements for Professional and Clinic plans. Contact compliance@onalyst.org.
